CRANBERRY - PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can whole cranberry sauce
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1/3 c. chopped nuts, walnuts
1/2 tsp. orange peel
1/4 c. lemon juice

Drain pineapple well and add enough water to the juice to make 3/4 cup of liquid. Heat liquid, then stir in Jello well. Then add cranberry sauce, pineapple, orange peel, lemon juice and nuts. Mix well and place in mold to congeal.
