PANSIT 
Yields: 100 portions. Each portion = 1 cup.

10 lbs. pork loin, cut in 1/2 inch strips (thin)
5 lbs. carrots, julienne style
5 lbs. shrimp, peeled, deveined
3 lbs. celery, julienne style
5 lbs. cabbage, shredded
5 lbs. green beans, julienne style
10 lbs. rice sticks (bikon, Mekki)
5 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper, black
4 tbsp. MSG
3 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lbs. onions, sliced

1. Saute pork until brown, add onions and shrimp until golden brown.

2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce to the meat mixture.

3. Add carrots, celery, cabbage, and green beans, continue cooking, leaving some crispness.

4. Soak rice sticks in cold water for at least 15 minutes or until tender.

5. Add rice sticks in meat and mix thoroughly.

6. Season with MSG. Serve hot.
