PARMESAN POTATOES 
1/2 c. butter
6 lg. potatoes
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place butter on jelly roll pan. Heat in oven until melted. Scrub potatoes and cut into eighths lengthwise. In large plastic bag combine cheese, flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Add potatoes. Shake to coat. Place potatoes in butter on pan. Bake 1 hour or until tender, turning midway through cooking.
