PERFECT PARMESAN POTATOES 
1 pkg. (8) hash brown squares
1 pt. whipping cream
3 pkgs. grated Parmesan cheese

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Place the 8 hash brown squares in the bottom of the sprayed pan. Pour 1 pint of whipping cream over the top of the potatoes. Cover with 3 packages of Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 1/2 hours covered with foil then uncover for the last 1/2 hour. These are a big favorite with our family! 6 to 8 servings.
