CHEESECAKE BARS 
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar, nuts and flour together in a large bowl. Stir in butter and mix until crumbly. Remove 3/4 cup of mixture (to be used later as topping). Place remainder in an 8 inch square pan and press firmly. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Beat cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla. Pour into the baked crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Bake for 25 more minutes; cool before cutting.
