SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 pt. cooked squash, sliced, approximately 1 1/2 lbs.
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
10 saltines, crushed

Mix and put in buttered casserole dish with cracker crumbs or cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
