SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked sliced squash
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped onions, sauteed in 1 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Season to taste

Combine all ingredients; pour into casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Mix well, add to casserole, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
