MEXICAN SUPPER 
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 qt. tomatoes or juice
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 or 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 qt. sour cream
2 lbs. browned sausage, well drained
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. sugar

Place all ingredients in large pot (including uncooked macaroni) and simmer until macaroni is tender. (Make sure you drain sausage.)
