MEXICAN SKILLET SUPPER 
2 lbs. sausage (hot, optional)
1 can kidney beans
1 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1/2 c. celery (optional)
3 tbsp. flour
Tortillas
Shredded lettuce

Fry sausage and drain. Add rest of ingredients, except flour, tortillas, and lettuce. Cook 20 minutes. Add flour to thicken, cook until thick. Serve on tortillas and top with shredded lettuce.
