MEXICAN BEEF SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 (8 oz.) mild picante sauce
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut and drained
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. sliced pitted olives
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. macaroni
1 c. shredded American cheese

Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion together. Drain. Add tomatoes, picante sauce, corn, olives and salt. Cook macaroni and add to mixture. Heat well. Add cheese. Serve with sour cream and large corn chips.
