MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Herdez sauce, red

Mold sausage into 1 inch balls. Brown well. Mix Velveeta and Herdez sauce and melt together. Dip sausage balls into hot cheese sauce.
