MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. catsup

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix together and shape into 1-inch meatballs. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

In saucepan, melt butter, blend in cornstarch. Add water, catsup and 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened. Add meatballs and heat thoroughly.
