MEXICAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. cayenne pepper sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. catsup

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper sauce and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly and shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. In a saucepan, melt butter, blend in cornstarch, add water, catsup and remaining cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened, add meatballs and heat through. Makes 30 meatballs.
