BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
Garlic salt (as much as you like)
3 tbsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. basil leaf, crushed

Mix all together and let set for two hours in refrigerator. Make topping out of 1 package whipped Philadelphia cream cheese, garlic salt again and 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, spread on top of meat mixture. I use the whipped Philadelphia cream cheese with chives or onions. This seems to work better; add the Tabasco etc.
