CHEESE BALL 
2 pkg. of softened cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tsp. minced dried onions
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 can (8 oz.) drained crushed pineapple

Beat cream cheese with mixer. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughy.

Line bowl with Glad wrap and put mixture in bowl, leveling off top.

Refrigerate to blend and harden.

Remove from bowl when ready to serve and roll top in finely chopped nuts.

Sprinkle top with paprika.

Serve with Triscuits or assorted snack crackers.
