CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
2 lbs. chicken wings
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. ginger

Remove wing tips (cut into 3 pieces), brown in oil, pour off excess oil. In frying pan stir all ingredients. Bring to boil and add chicken, lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Turn and simmer 10 minutes more. Remove cover, raise heat to thicken and glaze wings.
