Yeast dough Thickened pie filling 1 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. sugar 12 tbsp. butter shape yeast dough into 1 1/2 oz. rolls. Proof until double in size. With first 2 fingers of both hands, press hole in center of each roll. Fill cavity with pie filling. Prepare topping by combining flour and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle top of each roll with streusel topping. Bake at 350 degrees. |
