PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ginger
3 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. Wesson oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 tbsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs. Add water and pumpkin to eggs. Mix oil and vanilla together. Add to egg mixture. Add egg mix to dry ingredients. Add nuts and mix together. Grease coffee cans. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
