1 egg white, beaten stiff but not dry
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Dash of salt

Add brown sugar gradually to beaten egg whites. Add flour, salt, vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased and lightly floured baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes. Makes about 36 cookies.
