ONION SPAGHETTI TOSS 
4 c. thinly sliced onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. spaghetti
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. minced parsley

Saute onions and garlic in butter and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti until barely tender. Drain. Add Swiss, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Toss. Add onions and parsley. Toss again. Makes 5 to 6 servings.
