HOT POTATO SALAD | |
4 hard cooked eggs 3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes 2 tsp. or more grated onion 1/2 c. sharp cheese, diced 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives 2 strips lean bacon Salt & pepper to taste Toss lightly. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Scatter chopped stuffed olives and diced bacon over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is crisp and mixture is hot. |
