CAESAR-STYLE POTATO SALAD 
2 1/2 lbs. potatoes
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 slices crisp bacon
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Cube cooked potatoes. Crumble bacon. Mix and beat with fork all other ingredients and add to bacon. Add potatoes, bacon, onion, and parsley to oil mixture. Toss in eggs.
