HOT RICE SQUARES 
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. minced parsley
5 c. cooked rice (1 3/4 c. raw)
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Accent
Dash of pepper

Lightly beat together the eggs, milk and parsley. Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour egg and milk mixture over all and mix. Butter an 8 x 11 inch pan and pour mixture into pan. Sprinkle with pepper. Set in a pan of warm water and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with creamed chicken or chicken and gravy.
