CRAB SALAD 
2 lbs. imitation crab meat, shredded
1 stalk celery, chopped fine (Bunch)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
2 oz. chopped black olives
6-8 oz. Kraft mayonnaise
2 tbsp. salt free lemon pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix well and serve as salad on lettuce leaves or with crackers as a dip.

I use either 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 mayo or all sour cream.
