CRAB PASTA SALAD 
2 hard cooked eggs, diced
1/2 lb. vermicelli
3/4 lb. crab meat (may use imitation)
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced bell peppers
4 green onions, sliced (including part of green stem)
2 oz. green olives
1 1/2 c. bottled Ranch dressing
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds

Break vermicelli 4 times. Cook as directed on package. Mix all ingredients (except almonds) and chill overnight. To serve, toss. Top with almonds.
