CRAB SALAD, SCHROETTER 
1 lb. regular crab meat
2 or 3 stalks celery, minced
1 sm. onion, minced
Few chopped celery leaves
Hellmann's mayonnaise for creamy texture
Lemon pepper to taste

Chill the salad overnight until just before you serve it on Bibb or Boston lettuce. Garnish with avocado slices and tomato wedges. Serve with green peas and mushrooms, pickled peaches, hot rolls or ham biscuits, butter pound cake. Serves 6 dainty or 4 hungry people.
