CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. white crab meat
2 tbsp. onions
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mayonnaise (to choice)
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Olives
Cayenne
Lettuce
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix ingredients with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Serve well chilled on crisp lettuce leaf. Garnish with olives.
