CHINESE CHICKEN (SHRIMP OR CRAB)
SALAD FOR 8
 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 can bean sprouts, rinsed & drained
1 sm. can chopped or sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 c. cooked chicken strips (or shrimp or crab meat)
Bacon, crumbled

DRESSING:

Thin mayonnaise with soy sauce (to tan color)
Few drops lemon juice
Dried green onions

Crumble bacon over salad ingredients and toss with the dressing.
