CROWN POINT CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. lump crab meat
1/2 ripened avocado, cubed
2 green onions, chopped
Italian dressing to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 head lettuce, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Put all ingredients together in a large salad bowl and toss. Serve on large leaves of lettuce. Recipe feeds 4 people.
