WEIGHT WATCHERS CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. imitation crab meat
8 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. celery
Parsley flakes and dill weed to taste

Mix well and chill. Serve with crackers. Makes 8 servings, 2 oz. each. Exchanges: 2 P; 1/2 F; 12 1/2 OPT.
