WEIGHT WATCHERS WALDORF SALAD 
4 oz. cooked, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 c. sliced grapes
1 c. diced apples
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
2 oz. chopped walnuts

Mix all together, cover and refrigerate. Makes 4 servings. (1 serving = 1 1/2 P, 1 Fr, 1/4 V, 1 Fat, 16 O.C.)
