WEIGHT WATCHERS' "WALDORF"
CHICKEN SALAD
 
4 oz. chilled skinned and boned cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. diced celery
1/2 sm. McIntosh or Red Delicious apple, cored and cubed
6 lg. seedless green grapes, cut lengthwise into halves
2 tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/2 packet (1/2 tsp.) instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 tsp. sunflower seeds

In salad bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. In small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and broth mix, mixing well; pour over salad and toss to coat thoroughly. Sprinkle salad with sunflower seeds. Makes 1 serving.
