CHILI FOR 50 
10 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. chili powder
1 lb. chopped onion
1 tbsp. red pepper
1/4 c. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
3 (#10) cans chili beans or kidney beans
4 (46 oz.) cans tomato juice

Brown beef, drain excess fat and add rest of seasonings and onion. Simmer until onions are tender. Add chili beans and tomato juice. simmer until flavors are well blended. Serves 50. Johnson Bible College Recipe.
