1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick butter, less 1 inch 1 c. flour 1 egg 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Pinch of salt 3/4 c. nuts Soften butter with cream cheese. Stir in flour and mix well. Chill 1 hour or longer. Shape into 24 balls; press into muffin tins and shape to look like pie crust 1/2 inch high. Beat egg slightly; add sugar and melted butter (melt the one inch portion). Mix well. Add other ingredients and blend. Put one tablespoon of filling in each pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes. |
