SALMON PASTA 
Cook al dente:

Set aside.

Saute: 1 1/2 c. frozen peas (tender, but not mushy)

Add: 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 oz. cream cheese

Until melts. Add: 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. parsley

FOR TOPPING:

1/2 c. salmon
1/2 c. Parmesan

Mix all ingredients together gently. Put in casserole and top with cheese and more salmon. Serves 3-4.
