SALMON AND CAVIAR PASTA 
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese with chives
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 (8 oz.) whipping cream
1 tsp. J.D.'s Magic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 oz. Parmesan cheese
Fresh salmon or 1 oz. caviar
Angel hair pasta, cooked

In a large pan, melt butter and saute green onions until tender. Add room temperature cream cheese and whipping cream that has been warmed in a microwave for 2 minutes. Add spices and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and continue to cook 5 more minutes. Mixture should be added to the cooked pasta and toss it to blend well. Place in bowls and top with 1 tablespoon salmon and 2 teaspoons caviar.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
