FRIED POTATOES 
5 to 6 med. potatoes
Lard
2 med. onions
Salt
Pepper

Peel potatoes and wash in cold water. Slice about 1/4-inch thick. Melt lard in frying pan; add potatoes, salt and pepper. When potatoes are just about done, slice onions into frying pan. Cook until done and serve.
