FRIED POTATOES 
6 potatoes
1/2 c. onion
Sm. amount butter
Salt & pepper
1 egg

Peel and slice potatoes in small, thin slices. Melt butter in fry pan and fry potatoes and onion over medium to low heat for about 30 minutes. Stir often so potatoes will not stick to pan. When potatoes are tender, add egg, stirring into mixture. Cook until egg is done. Add salt and pepper.
