1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate chips. Cream sugar and cream cheese together. Add to chocolate chips. Add vanilla and blend until well mixed. Add nuts. Press in 9 x 7 inch pan or so. Chill until firm.
