ANZAC BIKKIES 
1 c. rolled oats (Quaker quick oats)
1 c. all purpose flour
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. coconut
1 tbsp. golden syrup (Lyle's golden syrup)
4 oz. butter
1 1/2 tsp. bicarb of soda
2 tbsp. boiling water

Mix oats, flour, sugar and coconut in a bowl. Melt butter and syrup, mix bicarb soda and water together, add to syrup mixture. Mix in to dry ingredients. Place small balls of mixture onto greased trays. Allow room to spread. Oven temperature: 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
