JALAPENO CHEESE RING 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. New York sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb. sharp cheese
2 lbs. hot sausage
6 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 onion, chopped

Melt cheeses in top of double boiler. Cook sausage, drain well and crumble. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan (will fill a bundt cake pan). Refrigerate until served.
