PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 med. crushed pineapple

Mix flour and sugar together. Beat eggs. Add pineapple to flour, sugar and eggs. Add soda. Mix well. Pour in ungreased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. condensed milk
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together all ingredients. Bring to boil. Boil 6 minutes. Pour over cake immediately after taken from oven.
