3 boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. Grape Nuts

Mix pudding as directed on box in one bowl. Mix sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip together; add Grape Nuts to pudding and then mix all together. Cool 1/2 hour.
