SEA SHELL SALAD | |
16 oz. pkg. shell macaroni 1 lb. cooked salad shrimp 2 c. chopped cucumber 2 c. thinly sliced celery 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion 1/2 c. thinly sliced radish 8 oz. bottle Green Godess dressing Lettuce Cook macaroni according to package directions in boiling salted water. Drain. Rise with cold water until cool; drain. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add shrimp, cucumber, celery, mayonnaise, green onion, radish and Green Godess dressing. Mix gently. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Makes 25 servings. |
