TEXAS PECAN PIE | |
1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract 4 eggs 1 c. coarsely chopped pecans 1 unbaked 9 inch pastry shell Combine butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl; beat well. Add eggs, beat until thoroughly blended. Stir in pecans. Pour in pastry shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. |
