GROUND BEEF POTATO PEA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 sm. onion, chopped 4 to 6 med. white potatoes, sliced 1 sm. can garden peas, drained Salt and pepper to taste 1 can cream of onion soup 1 soup can milk Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Add soup. Layer, half the ground beef mixture, potatoes and peas in 9 x 13 inch baking pan, sprinkling with salt and pepper. Yields: 6 servings. |
