SAVORY BEEF SUPPER 
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. beef broth (or use beef bouillon in 3/4 c. water)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. green peas and pearl onions (10 oz.)
2 tbsp. slivered pimento

Brown beef in saucepan, leaving meat in chunks. Combine broth, cornstarch, and Worcestershire sauce. Add vegetables and cornstarch mixture to beef. Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with a fork and stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in pimento. Serve over hot cooked noodles, if desired.
