CREAMY POTATO BAKE 
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion, chopped & sauteed
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
4 c. cubed potatoes, cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chives, chopped

Over low heat gradually blend milk into cream cheese until smooth. Stir in chives, onion, salt, potatoes. Pour into a well buttered (not butter, it will burn) casserole dish, 1 1/2 quart. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir and bake, uncovered for 20 minutes longer. At this time if it seems a little too thick, sprinkle with milk. Garnish with paprika.
