QUICK CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
2 tbsp. butter
4 to 6 med. sweet potatoes, candied or precooked
1/4 c. orange or pineapple juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Place butter in large skillet and melt. Cut sweet potatoes in half, lengthwise. Dip in juice, then roll in sugar. Saute in butter, turning occasionally until glazed and lightly brown.
