QUICK AND UNUSUAL CORNBREAD 
1 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 can cream style corn
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese

Saute onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Remove onion. Combine mix, egg, milk and corn. Pour into well oiled pan and top with onions. Spoon on sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
